White peach sangria

Ingredients

  • 3 white peaches
  • 1 bottle Beronia Rueda Verdejo, Spain
  • 100ml De Kuyper Peach Liqueur
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • Ice
  • 225ml bottle ginger beer
  • 2 mint sprigs

Method

  1. Cut peaches into thin wedges. Put in a jug and add the wine, peach liqueur, caster sugar and sliced lemon. Stir and chill for a few hours if you can.

  2. To serve, add ice, top up with a ginger beer, then garnish with mint sprigs.
