Appleton Estate rum

Dr Joy Spence joined Appleton Estate in 1981 and was appointed master blender in 1997, becoming the first female to hold that position. “The estate has been operating for over 275 years. It’s in the Nassau Valley, a lush, fertile area in central Jamaica. This plays its part in every rum, starting from our naturally limestone-filtered water source, all the way to the tropical ageing process in our warehouses.”
