Try golden rum in an Air Mail

A first-class cocktail from the 1940s made with a decadent mix of golden rum, fresh citrus and Champagne. For best results, be sure to use fizz that’s icy cold. Shake together 35ml golden rum, 15ml honey (stir before shaking to dissolve), 20ml lime juice and 15ml orange juice. Strain into a chilled flute glass and top up slowly with Champagne. Garnish with a lime twist.
