Try dark rum in a Mai Tai

Nothing says ‘party’ like a fruity Polynesian-style tiki rum cocktail and a Mai Tai is one of the most loved. Shake together 50ml dark rum, 20ml Grand Marnier, 2.5ml almond extract, 2tsp palm sugar (stir before shaking to dissolve) and 20ml lime juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
