Butter chicken masala

Marinate chicken thigh fillets in Gymkhana Classic Tandoori Marinade. Stir-fry until almost done, then add Gymkhana Butter Masala Cooking Sauce and a little water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then serve with coriander.
