All our Duchy Organic milk is produced on 26 West Country farms. We've worked with most of them for more than 10 years. so we know the cows enjoy an organic diet and the freedom to graze outdoors as much as the weather allows. The farmers work to exacting standards with animal welfare as a priority.

Whole milk: why cream rises to the top

Duchy Organic whole milk comes from Ayrshire cows on the Duchy Home Farm at Highgrove, Gloucestershire, and – unlike Duchy skimmed and semi-skimmed – isn't homogenised, so the cream rises naturally to the top. Shake the bottle to mix in the cream, or use it in cooking or baking, or to add a little indulgence to tea, coffee, cereal or porridge.
