1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C, gas mark 6. Coarsely grate the paneer into a large bowl with the peas (defrosted first). Add 3 tbsp mango chutney, season and stir to combine.
2. Slice 1 of the filo sheets in half down the length and brush both strips lightly with a little vegetable oil. Place 1 heaped tbsp of the filling off centre at the base of each strip, then gently fold the corner over the filling to create a triangle shape. Continue to fold, keeping the triangle shape until you get to the end of the strip. Repeat this process with the remaining filo sheets.
3. Place on 2 large baking trays and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Serve with extra mango chutney on the side.
