140g pack Waitrose & Partners Butterhead and Spinach Salad • 150g pack mixed radishes, sliced • 1 medium cucumber, sliced • 2 avocados, sliced • 225g smoked tofu (or any tofu of your choice), cubed SESAME DRESSING • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds • 1 salad onion, finely chopped • 2 tbsp sunflower oil • 2 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar
