If you have a waitrose.com account, you will need to visit the My Waitrose card and details page to change your contact details.  Unfortunately, we're unable to do this on your behalf. If you don't have a waitrose.com account, call us on 0800 188 884.

Marketing preferences help us to present you with offers and products we think you will enjoy. The easiest way to update your personal information with us is by logging into waitrose.com and visiting ‘My account’ and selecting ‘Marketing preferences’. Please note, when you update your preferences they will be saved but they won't be reflected right away.

Select the 'Unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the marketing email.

Simply order a replacement card from your My Waitrose loyalty page. Make sure you sign in to see the option. Please note that a postal delivery of a card may take up to 2 weeks. You’ll also have an option to print a copy, which can be used in stores.

To reduce environmental impact, we've made our My Waitrose card digitally accessible for our customers. You can gain instant access to your My Waitrose card on waitrose.com and our app. 

If you don’t have an online account, the best option is to open one via the link above. You’ll also receive more My Waitrose benefits if you do. If you shop online, please remember to link your My Waitrose card within your My Account page. If an online account is not an option for you, please call our Customer Care team.

You can access your digital My Waitrose card either via our App or our website. On our App you will be able to find a 'My Waitrose card' icon on the App's homescreen, which will lead you to your My Waitrose even with no internet connection. On our website, your My Waitrose card is shown in the Card & Details section of your My Waitrose account. When in store, simply scan your digital card at checkout.

When shopping online, your My Waitrose card is automatically applied to online orders. Scan the barcode at checkout in store using your mobile phone or open the app and access your card at checkout even with no internet connection.

Your My Waitrose card may be linked to an older or different account. Either ensure your current My Waitrose card is linked correctly or request a new My Waitrose card.

To link a card to your account, go to My Account and follow instructions to link your My Waitrose card to your existing Waitrose account.

If you can’t link a My Waitrose card to your account, your card may be linked to another account (i.e. your partner’s) or an older account. Either link to that account or call customer services on 0800 188 884.
