It takes 3 days for you to request a plastic card (and another 5-7 days for it to be delivered). Each new plastic card is generated individually as we look to reduce the amount of plastic in use across our business. We would encourage all customers to use a digital myWaitrose card instead which can be downloaded immediately and is more environmentally friendly. Request a myWaitrose card.
Your digital myWaitrose card is shown in the Card & Details section of your myWaitrose account. It is applied automatically to online orders. Scan the barcode at checkout in store using your mobile or open the app and access your card at checkout even with no internet connection.
If you have a waitrose.com account, you will need to visit the myWaitrose card and details page to change your contact details. Unfortunately, we're unable to do this on your behalf. If you don't have a waitrose.com account, call us on 0800 188 884.
Your myWaitrose card may be linked to an older or different account. Either ensure your current myWaitrose card is linked correctly or request a new myWaitrose card.
To link a card to your account, go to My Account and follow instructions to link your myWaitrose card to your existing Waitrose account.
If you can’t link a myWaitrose card to your account, your card may be linked to another account (i.e. your partner’s) or an older account. Either link to that account or call customer services.
Marketing preferences help us to present you with offers and products we think you will enjoy. The easiest way to update your personal information with us is by logging into waitrose.com and visiting ‘My account’ and selecting ‘Marketing preferences’. Please note, when you update your preferences they will be saved but they won't be reflected right away.
Select the 'Unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the marketing email.
If your joint myWaitrose & my John Lewis card was not linked to your Waitrose account during the start of the trial, it may not link. The easiest solution is to register for a new myWaitrose card.
