Brought to you by Dishpatch, these four festive Caribbean-inspired Bakewell tarts from Andi Oliver are filled with rum-and-raisin mincemeat and almond frangipane, encased in buttery shortcrust pastry and topped with toasted flaked almonds. Bakewell Tarts: ……Preheat the oven to 200°C/ fan 180°C. Remove the rum & raisin bakewell tarts from the fridge and remove the outer packaging 10 minutes before cooking. 1.
