Brought to you by Dishpatch, Andi's iconic mac and cheese side dish for four is made with Comté, Gruyère, mature Cheddar and silky evaporated milk. It's stirred through with prawns, chilli and a rich lobster infused béchamel, then topped with a coconut and garlic butter crumb for extra festive indulgence. "It s mac & cheese turned all the way up to 11!" says Andi. Already fully prepared, all that's left to do is bake.
