Type Temp Rare Medium Electric 200ºC 15-20 mins 25-30mins Fan 180ºC 15-20 mins 25-30mins Gas Mark 6 15-20mins 25-30mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven, cook to desired preference but ensure that the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
