Preparation and Usage
Just add Eggs Oil Water Loves, Betty All you need is: 30ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp or 24g) 60ml Water (4 Tbsp) 1 medium egg Or: 60 melted butter (no water) 2 medium eggs Prep time 10 mins Baking time 20-25 mins 20 x 20cm lightly-greased square tin 3 simple steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. 1. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg (or brownie ix, butter and eggs) in medium bowl until well blended (Mixture may be lumpy.) 2. Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin. 3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.
