Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run pink for medium or clear for well done. Rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time Medium - 25 minutes per 500g + 25 minutes, Well done - 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
