Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 23 mins
Preheat oven. Remove film lid. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 23 minutes. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
