Preparation and Usage
Serve neat, with water, over ice or in bespoke cocktails Glenfiddich Cloudy Apple Fizz 45ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old 60ml Cloudy Apple Juice 15ml Fresh Lime Juice Top up with 50ml light tonic water Build in a glass with ice, garnish with apple slice Scotch Manhattan 50ml Glenfiddich 15 Year Old 20ml Discarded Sweet Vermouth or equivalent 2 dash Angostura Bitters Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest
