Spinach, Greek Feta & Roasted Red Pepper Quiche

With mature cheddar. Free range eggs. Vegetarian Society Approved.Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with spinach, sautéed onions, a hint of nutmeg and a free-range egg filling, hand-topped with Greek feta and roasted red peppers.
