Preparation and Usage
One Way to Prepare It: 1. Salt filets very lightly on all sides and let the salt seep in for 30-60min 2. Heat a non-stick pan to a medium-high heat 3. Add oil of choice, cook for about 8min 4. Sizzle steaks on all sides until the crust becomes "golden brown" 5. Remove & serve the steaks And Another: 1. Pre-heat a non-stick pan to medium-high & add oil of choice 2. Sizzle & baste on all sides until the crust becomes golden brown" 3. Cut the filet into 4-5 strips 4. Sizzle strips on each side for for about 1 minute 5. Remove & place the strips on whatever you'll serve them on 6. Salt lightly & season as desired The expiration date can be found on the side of the packaging. Always cook to an internal temperature of 74°C.
