Aged at our barrel store in Borgarnes in Iceland where the climate is cold and surprisingly dry, this ideal atmosphere slows the ageing process significantly, providing subtle yet sublime enhancements to the gin. The new moon cycle leads the schedule of when the barrels are blended each season, guaranteeing consistent quality through the replenishing Solera ageing method. Tasting notes: Toasted French oak delivers wonderful rich berry sweetness, further enhanced with creamy notes of vanilla and coconut.
