Soft cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk and cream in England.Lusciously buttery, with fresh, yogurty notes. Our No. 1 Bix is made by the small Nettlebed creamery in Oxfordshire with milk from their own cows. An unusual example of a British triple cream cheese, it's luxurious and complex under its wrinkly white rind. Delicious with sourdough crackers and fresh figs. Made with pasteurised cow's milk. Strength 2.
