Morbier Ash AOP cheese made with raw cow's milk in France.Mild and creamy, with a velvety ash layer. Our No. 1 Morbier Ash AOP is made in the Franche-Comté region of France, using only Montbéliarde or Simmental cows' milk. Its name comes from the village where it was first made, and the traditional edible ash layer that runs through the centre. The cheeses are hand selected by renowned cellar master Marcel Petite and matured for at least 45 days. Pairs beautifully with a fruity whisky and smoked almonds. Made with raw cow's milk. Strength 3.
