Preparation: Remove all packaging. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Well Done: 26-28 mins
Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove the Wellingtons and greaseproof paper from the tray. For best results, brush the pastry with egg wash, avoiding the air holes and then chill in the fridge for 10 minutes prior to cooking, whilst the baking tray is preheating. Once removed from the fridge, place on the preheated baking tray, with the greaseproof paper, and cook in the middle of the oven for the desired time. Remove Wellington from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled.
