Our No. 1 Extra Succulent British Free Range Pork Sausages are exceptionally good sausages: plump, very juicy and full of flavour. They're made with prime cuts of pork and natural hog casings, and expertly seasoned with mace, coriander and pepper. Delicious with buttery mash and fried onions. Our free range pigs come from farms we know and trust, where they spend their entire lives outdoors, with straw-filled arcs and tents for shelter.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Evenly space sausages on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)

Grill

From Chilled

Grill Time: 20-25 minutes. Medium Heat. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a wire rack over a grill pan. Place under a medium heat, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. For best results grill.
