Skinless and boneless haddock fillets in a Cornish ale batter coating, with a pot of minted pea sauce.

Our No. 1 Bubbly Beer Battered Haddock Fillets are perfect for home made fish and chips. We take chunky skinless and boneless haddock fillets and triple coat them for light, airy bubbles, and add Cornish ale for flavour. Then we cook them in really hot oil, so the golden, bubbly batter has that authentic chip shop crunch. They come with minted peas, so all you have to do is bake them in the oven and serve with chunky chips. The haddock in this product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSCs environmental standard for fishing. msc.org. Air fry from chilled: 200°C 18 mins. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 18 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, placing the minted pea sauce to one side. Place the battered haddock on a preheated baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. …Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)

Microwave (From Chilled)

Minted Pea Sauce. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove lid, lay the lid back onto the pot loosely and place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 1½ minutes. Stand for 1 minute and stir thoroughly before serving. When removing lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further period. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 1½ mins)
