Storage and Usage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use; do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Info

Grill (From Chilled)

Grill Time: 20-25 minutes. Medium Heat. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a wire rack over a grill pan. Place under a medium heat, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. For best results grill.

Other (From Chilled)

Air Fry from chilled: 180C 10-12 mins. Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure products are piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Evenly space sausages on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking. (Time 20-25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
