Shallow Fry (22 mins)…Remove packaging and place the butter to one side. Heat a little oil in a suitable frying pan over a medium heat. Add steaks to the pan and fry for 10 mins on each side turning as required to achieve an even cook. Reduce to a low heat and add the butter to the pan for the last 2 mins of cooking to melt, spooning over the meat to baste. Allow to rest for 5 mins and spoon over the butter before serving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
