Cooking Info

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Place sachets to one side. Remove all packaging, including bone-guard. Empty contents of meat pouch into a lined ovenproof dish. No need to season as joint is pre seasoned. Allow to come up to room temperature for 1 hour. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for the time stated. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a maximum of 20 minutes. While the wing rib is resting, empty contents of sachets into a saucepan and heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. ……To serve, cut meat away from the bone and slice into nice even portions. Edges of the wing rib will be less pink than the centre. (Time 1 hour, Oven: 220º, Fan: 200º, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
