Our No. 1 Saint Vernier is made in the mountainous Jura region of France with the milk of local Montbélliard cows. Its rind is washed with white wine, giving the soft, lusciously gooey cheese its distinctive flavour. Delicious with a cold glass of Viognier. Made with pasteurised cow's milk. Strength 3.
