Sponge: Remove pudding from the box. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Caramel sauce: Transfer to suitable microwavable container. Stand for 1 minute before serving and stir well. Do not reheat once cooled.
To serve: Upturn sponge onto a deep serving dish and squeeze to release. Pour sauce slowly over the sponge. Sprinkle the sugar dusting sachet over the sticky toffee yule lodge.
