Sliced sourdough bread made with wheat and rye flours.Our No. 1 Wheat & Rye Sourdough Sliced Bread is made with light and dark Shipton Mill rye flours and a 25 year old levain starter dough, for a deep sourdough flavour. It's slowly fermented for 22 hours and proved in baskets which give the loaves their distinctive shape. Delicious toasted with butter and honey.
