Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet.A medium-bodied, sweet fruit crimson-coloured wine. Since 1976 this wine has been 'a real Penfolds red'. A traditional Australian blend combining the expressiveness of Shiraz with the defined structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This full-bodied wine shows ripe dark fruit aromas, voluminous richness and plentiful tannins. Accompany this wine with lamb dishes, meats with herb seasoning, rich pasta, roasted lamb rack and pork dishes. American oak maturation - seasoned. Peak Drinking: Now - 2028. Wine of Australia.
