Foamable and made from 100% naturally sourced ingredients – that means no oils, no additives, and no added sugar – our delicious soya-based barista blend has nothing to hide. We use only the highest quality organic soya, along with coconut milk, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt. Vegan and vegetarian friendly, its silky micro-foam is the ultimate base for cappucinos and cortados. Enjoy it any way you like, but our Barista range was crafted for coffee with a foamy finish in mind. When steaming, start with the tip of your steam wand submerged so you can get the Drink spinning. Once the vortex is going, start introducing a light amount of air until you hear little hisses. Stop introducing air once the Drink is around 45°C. Pour as soon as you’ve finished steaming to avoid separation in the jug and to ensure a silky micro-foam. Store in the fridge, shake well before enjoying, and consume within 5 days of opening. Will be delivered with a minimum shelf life of 60 days from your delivery date.
Best before: see top of pack. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated 0-6°C and consume within 4 days.
