Storage and Usage
Keep Refrigerated…Keep chilled 0? to 4?. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month.…Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use and cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins, turning occasionally.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180?/350ºF/Gas 4 for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
Heat air fryer to 190?/375ºF. Cook for approx. 15-20 mins.
Cooking Instructions (General)
Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
