Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing.…Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Great for sausage rolls, pies, pasties, meatballs, patties or stuffing.
Make burger shaped patties and fry for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through thoroughly.
Moderately heated grill for 20-25 minutes, turning as required.
Form the sausagemeat into balls (or whatever shape you fancy), place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven at 190°C, gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes.
