One of Rick Stein's Food Heroes - National and International Award Winners.'Bacon - the way it used to taste the way it should taste' Our artisanal Smoked Ayrshire Back Bacon is produced using British outdoor bred, high welfare pork and our secret family cure. Time is then taken to allow the bacon to slowly mature. Finally the bacon is lightly wood smoked in the family smokery and then air dried to finish and let the flavour deepen. Once judged to be ready it is sliced and vacuum packed to lock in our wonderful bacon taste. This bacon has no added water so won't shrink away in the pan.

    Cooking instructions


    We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.


    Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated medium/high grill for 4-5 mins. Turn occasionally.

    Shallow fry

    Fry in a little oil over a medium/high heat for 3-5 minutes, turn occasionally.
