Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove film and sleeve before cooking. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 22 - 24 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully stir the curry sauce and fish juices until combined. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 22-24 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
