Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove film and sleeve before cooking. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30-32 minutes. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 30-32 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
