Sicilian almonds are drenched in sun and drenched in rain. That’s why they’re so delicious, and so sustainable. If you grow almonds somewhere dry *cough* California *cough* it hurts the flavour and the planet. We choose almonds grown where there’s enough rain to help them thrive, then blend them with rice and a dab of salt. Bella! Almondissimo! The result? A smooth, nutty drink with a little sweetness from rice and a whole lot of almond character. No artificial nasties, just simple ingredients doing delicious things.
