All goodness you will be pleased to hear! Firstly Soffles hate the thought of using the deep fat fryer so each pitta chip is oven roasted to achieve the perfect unique crunch. Before they head to the heat, they are given a good dose of fresh scotch bonnet chilli & fresh garlic, followed by a shakedown of olive oil and sea salt. Available in not so mild or very wild! And just how did these tasty snacks come about? Soffle's Chips were first on the scene as a pre-dinner beer snack for hungry friends at what was Soffle's kitchen in Stoke Newington, Hackney. Once it came about just how tasty these fellas were, a shed for pitta roasting was built and voila! Soffles were officially open for business. Since then those irregular shaped delights have been everywhere for all to try. And now they are here ready for you and ready of course to take on pitta domination! At their best with beers & dips!
