Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Serve and enjoy with favourite sides. We think it's best as a big sharing feast alongside our full BBQ range.
Barbecue (From Chilled)
1 Pre-heat your BBQ to a high heat (250°C or more) and oil clean grates to prevent from sticking.2 Remove from packaging and place the Bacon Chop on the hottest part of your BBQ and cook for 5 minutes.3 Flip occasionally and let meat develop a nice char on either side.4 Remove from the BBQ and leave the meat to rest for a minute or two for maximum texture and flavour.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat your oven to 200°C, remove the Bacon Chop from packaging and place on a baking tray.Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping half way.
