Preparation. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging. Place pots on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray, stand for 2 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Two or more packs may require further cooking.
