Oven cook

Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 30-35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

Grill

Grill Time: 16-18 mins. Grilling Instructions: MEDIUM HEAT. Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Other

Pan Fry. Time: 14-16 mins. MEDIUM HEAT. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving.
