Pan Fry: Moderate/ High Heat. Time: 15-16 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cut through the flesh and trim as required so chicken lies flat in pan. Add chicken to pan, cook on high heat to seal on both sides, reduce to moderate heat, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. …Do not reheat once cooled.
