Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Medium Heat, Medium (12 mins), Well Done (14 mins).
Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Remove all packaging. Cook on a medium high heat, turning halfway through cooking. Rest for 3 minutes before serving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled.
