Pan Fry. Time: 6-8 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the mince to the pan and stir occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. Medium Heat
