Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use; do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
CHILLED:…Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging. …Place salmon on a foil lined baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. …Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 32-36 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
