Pan Fry. Time: 12-16 mins. Medium Heat. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, turning occasionally.
Grill Time: 18-22 mins. Medium Heat. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan, turn occasionally. For cooking instructions see reverse of label.
