Place 250g in a microwaveable dish, cover with clingfilm and pierce in several places. Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (800W: 5 mins, 900W: 4 mins 30 sec, 1000W: 3 mins 30 sec)

To Boil on Hob from Frozen:…Total cook time: 9 - 11 minutes. Remove 250g from packaging. Place edamame beans in a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil.
