Preheat oven. Place burgers on a lined ovenproof tray. Cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through. (Time 18-20 mins, Oven: 200ºC, Fan: 180ºC, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
Grill (From Chilled)
Medium Heat. Time: 16-18 mins ……Preheat grill. Place on grill rack under a medium heat, turn occasionally to prevent burning.
