Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 3 minutes 800W, 2½ minutes 900W and 2 minutes 1000W. Stand for 1 minute. Heat for a further 3 minutes 800W, 2½ minutes 900W and 2 minutes 1000W. Stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further period. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook (800W: 6 mins, 900W: 5 mins, 1000W: 4 mins)

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 5 minutes (800W & 900W) and 4 minutes 1000W. Stand for 1 minute. Heat for a further 5 minutes 800W, 4 minutes (900W & 1000W). Stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further period. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook (800W: 10 mins, 900W: 9 mins, 1000W: 8 mins)

For best results oven heat from chilled. Do not reheat once cooled. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Check food is piping hot. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)

From Frozen

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 25 minutes. Remove film and heat for further 25 minutes. Check food is piping hot. (Time 50 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
